Mexxactor
Mexxactor is a highly dynamic coordinate measuring machine designed for process integration, which decisively supports quality assurance. It can be used to evaluate contours, form and position such as flatness, straightness, parallelism, angularity, roundness, position, symmetry, concentricity, total runout, coaxiality, concentricity and cylindricity. In addition, the thickness measurement, for transparent measuring objects and the edge wear measurement are available as standard.

The 5-axis simultaneous kinematics can measure the upper hemisphere of a sphere at any point. This kinematics is realized with the optical measurement method and thus offers a real-time measurement.
To be able to make a 360° measurement in any spatial position, the innovative hybrid measuring head with optical and tactile sensor is used. This measuring method combination offers highest measuring flexibility and the acquisition of every point of a sphere.
